Scheduling

Book 24–48 hours in advance. Same-day rides subject to availability. Call or text 947-465-1984.

Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. After-hours rides available with a $20 fee.

Cancellations

24-hour notice required. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Safety First

Seatbelts required at all times. Drivers assist boarding but are not authorized to lift clients.

Service Agreement & Authorization
1. Services: Non-emergency transport — medical appointments, dialysis, grocery/errand, church, community, airport, and extended-distance trips within Oakland County, MI.
2. Scheduling: Rides must be scheduled 24–48 hrs in advance. Same-day service subject to availability. Call/text 947-465-1984 to book.
3. Cancellation: 24-hour notice required. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $15–$20 fee. Repeated no-shows may suspend service.
4. Payment: Due at time of service. Accepted: Cash, Cash App ($gold2transit), Zelle (gold2transit@gmail.com), Venmo (Balleyb25), Credit/Debit Cards. No personal checks.
5. Safety: Seatbelts required at all times. Drivers may assist boarding/exiting but are NOT authorized to lift clients. Mobility devices must be ready at pickup.
6. Conduct: No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances in vehicles. Verbal/physical abuse toward driver results in immediate ride termination and suspension.
7. Liability: GOLD2 Transit maintains commercial insurance. Not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Privacy: All client information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for transportation services. Not shared without written consent.
